Where is Seaside Designs located?

We are based in the small beach town of Orleans, Massachusetts on Cape Cod.  Our ocean and beach surroundings inspire all of our products.  All products are designed and manufactured in Orleans, MA.

How do you ship?

We ship either via USPS or UPS ground.  All in-stock products usually ship 5-7 business days, not including weekends. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. All shipping costs are based on weight and destination and are provided directly from our shipping providers.  If you need rush shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss the best options. Please verify your shipping address at checkout. For a limited time, enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders over $75. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification and tracking number to check the status of delivery for your order. Please note that tracking information and updates provided from the carrier can be slightly delayed (up to 24 hours).

My package was marked delivered but I haven't received it.

We understand that shipping is a bit crazy currently, however, once your order has been marked as delivered, we are unable to provide further tracking information for your order. We are not responsible for and are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that have been marked as delivered in the shipment’s tracking status. Seaside Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office, mail or freight carrier for inquiries relating to packages that have been marked as delivered but have not been personally received. We can assist you with filing a claim with USPS/UPS by providing you with your order’s shipment details.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes, we change our mind!  Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change or cancel.  We cannot cancel or change orders once this 24 hour window has passed.

Do you ship international?

At this time, we only ship within the US.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless your items arrive damaged. Please contact us immediately or email us directly at hello@seaside-designs.com within one week of receiving your order if it arrived damaged.  All products must be in original packaging and unused to be valid for a damage return or refund.

Are Seaside Designs products available for wholesale purchase?

We sell to shops from coast to coast, Hawaii and Canada.  Please check out our retail partners page for a store near you. 

Are Seaside Designs products free of harmful ingredients?

All the products in the Seaside Designs line are paraben-free, sulfate-free, phthalate free, cruelty-free and made in the USA. We use packaging made from recycled materials otherwise destined for landfills whenever possible.

Please use care when trying a new product for the first time. Everyone's body is different and reacts differently to ingredients.  A full list of product ingredients is listed on each product page. Please keep all products away from eyes. If eye contact occurs, flush repeatedly with fresh water.
